• In accordance with the NCLT Order dated June 30, 2025, the effective date of the modified scheme shall be the date on which the certified copy of said order is filed with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat or such other date as specified in the Modified scheme, whichever is later. Please take a note that certified copy of said order was filed with the Registrar of Companies Ahmedabad on August 14, 2025 vide Service Request Number (SRN) AB5504715 which got approved on August 26, 2025.

• The Board of Directors of Aktinos Pharma Private Limited and Apicore Pharmaceuticals Private Limited have mutually decided February 11, 2025 as the record date for determining the eligible shareholders of Aktinos Pharma Private Limited who shall be entitled to receive equity shares of Apicore Pharmaceuticals Private Limited in the ratio of 9 (nine) equity shares of ?10/- each fully paid-up for every 1 (one) equity share of ?10/- each held by them in Aktinos Pharma Private Limited.

• Pronouncement of Order by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench dated June 30, 2025 approving and sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aktinos Pharma Private Limited into Apicore Pharmaceuticals Private Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.

• Pronouncement of Order by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench dated February 11, 2025 approving and sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation of Aktinos Pharma Private Limited into Apicore Pharmaceuticals Private Limited and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
